Dairy cow postpartum health plan

Postpartum care

Delivery room management. Large-scale dairy farms should be equipped with special delivery rooms and maintain proper temperatures, generally 18 °C to 20 °C. Before the cows enter the maternity shed, the bedding shall be laid, the bedding shall be promptly replaced, the amniotic fluid and dirt shall be cleaned on the floor of the delivery room and other cattle, and sanitation shall be kept clean, and the environment shall be disinfected regularly. After the birth, the cows and yak are kept separately. The production bed must be cleaned daily and disinfected with quicklime.

Childbirth management. Large-scale cattle farms should always be equipped with obstetrical ropes, obstetrics and scissors, midwifery, long-arm gloves, iodine, paraffin oil, oxytocin, replenishing the Qing net and other common equipment and drugs. According to the records of the cattle farmer, the cows in the early stage of delivery were transferred to the delivery room. Cows with signs of labour and labor are observed regularly by veterinarians to observe signs of childbirth. Take natural delivery as the main method. When you need midwifery, you must adopt the correct method of delivery, not stiff or bruise, and pay attention to the production of cattle with 0.1% potassium permanganate solution for genital cleaning, disinfection, and use of paraffin oil. Lubricants are used to prevent cows from being contaminated and traumatized.

Uterine restoration

Postnatal care. For cows with poor constitution and diseases such as prenatal postpartum paralysis and lying ground syndrome, postpartum oral administration of 500 mg of oral supplemental calcium, 500 grams of replenishing Qinggong, 500 grams of brown sugar, once daily, and 3 consecutive days day. If postpartum bovine spasm occurs, intravenous injection of 25% glucose 1500 ml, 5% calcium gluconate 500 ml-1000 ml, compound sodium chloride 1000 ml, multivitamin B 220 ml, vitamin C 40 ml, 1 time/day, once every 3 days -6 days. Post-natal monitoring of the dairy cows is carried out. Each cow has a data registration card. The post-natal cows' mental status is observed at regular intervals during the first week of the postpartum period. The cows with poor mental status are immediately measured and treated for symptomatic treatment.

Cows postpartum uterus cleansing. Within 6 hours after delivery, the cows were given 500 grams of replenishing qing qinggong, 500 milliliters of oral supplemental calcium, 500 grams of brown sugar, and once a day for 3 days. This helps postpartum placental discharge, lochia purification, and promote the recovery of the uterus as soon as possible.

The discharge of the placenta was observed within 1 to 3 days after delivery. If the placenta was excreted, 2 tablets of Gongkang 3 or Gongjian suppository were placed deep in the uterus to observe whether the birth canal and the vulva were infected, and measures for preventing metritis were made. Observe lochia 7 days to 10 days after childbirth, if malocclusion is abnormal or there is inflammation, dispose of it immediately. The first obstetric examination was performed 14 days later. When abnormal uterine secretions were found, the treatment of metritis was performed. The second obstetric examination was performed 30 days to 35 days. The level of uterine recovery and ovarian function were examined directly. If the ovary is still or the estrus is not obvious, as long as the cow is treated promptly, it can be treated with intramuscular injection of cloprostenol sodium (0.2 mg/branch, 3 pills/times) to promote the cow's estrus. From 50 days to 60 days after delivery, the cows undergoing the first and second inspections are re-examined, and if not healed. For cows with ovary inactivity or in estrus, the aphrodisiac method is used to induce estrus. (After 40 days to 60 days postpartum, cows can be bred. If they have been successful, they will not be treated at this time).

Ovarian function recovery health care

For non-estrus dairy cows, they can be fed with 500 grams/times of anaesthesia and used for 3 days to 5 days, and 3 cloprostenols (0.2 mg/kg) are intramuscularly injected. Continuous estrus cows were injected with 3 oxytocin 3 (25 micrograms/branch) or 10 chorionic gonadotropins (500 IU/branch). Irregular dairy cows can be treated with progesterone bolus in the bovine vagina for 9 days and can be estrus after removal.

Woven Polymer Sandbags

Woven Polymer Sandbags Product Features:

1. High strength: due to the use of plastic flat wire, it can maintain full strength and elongation under dry and wet conditions.

2. Corrosion resistance: it can resist corrosion for a long time in soil and water with different pH values.

3. Good water permeability: there are gaps between flat wires, so it has good water permeability.

4. Good anti microbial property: no damage to microorganisms and insects.

According to the sewing method, it can be divided into sewing bottom bags, sewing side bottom bags, inserting pockets and gluing sewing bags.
