Second, the structure and working principle:
The pepper crusher consists of a crushing machine (chassis, machine door, turbine, main shaft, screen), cyclone, pulley, motor, dust box and induced draft fan. When the pepper is crushed and maneuvered, the motor drives the spindle and the turbine to rotate at a high speed. The grinding block on the turbine and the screen ring constitutes a crushing and grinding pair. When the material enters the machine cavity from the hopper, the material closely rubs and strongly impacts on the inner side of the blade of the turbine in the swirling airflow of the turbine, and Grinding again in the gap between the grinding block. While pulverizing the material, the turbine draws in a large amount of air that acts to cool the machine, grind the material, and transport the fines. The fineness of the material pulverization depends on the nature of the material and the size of the screen, as well as the throughput of the material and air. The bearing parts of the dust-removing pepper crusher are equipped with a special labyrinth seal, which can effectively prevent dust from entering the bearing cavity, thus prolonging the service life of the bearing. A silicone rubber seal is installed inside the door to prevent dust from leaking and contaminating the operating environment. The control particle size can be determined by replacing the screen. The main unit is water cooled.
