As I sit here in the passenger seat, typing away on my phone while we cruise down the open road, I thought it would be fun to share what's in my bag. Packing for a trip like this requires a lot of consideration, but today, I'm focusing on what's inside my trusty everyday bag. My kids are no different; they love digging into my purse to see what treasures they can uncover. First up, there are the essentials for my youngest – diapers, wipes, and a pair of baby moccasins. Then there's the little extras like a hair tie, chewing gum, and a stack of things I can't live without. Oh, and let's not forget the nail polish, pocket mirror, baby spoon, sunscreen (Florida sun calls for constant SPF), roll-on perfume, and hand sanitizer. These items are staples in my bag, and they're always within reach.
One thing I never leave home without is a portable charger. I'm constantly on my phone, whether I'm scrolling through Instagram, letting the kids play games, or streaming content while I write.
