Rice soaking germination method

Rice production is about to enter the sowing and nursery season. Seed disinfection and soaking. The selected seeds were used 25% scorcamine (10 mg) in a bag of 50 kg of water and soaked in 40 kg of water. The water temperature was maintained at 11-12°C and soaking for 6-7 days. Pay attention to soaking, the water should be more than 10 cm above the rice seed, the accumulated temperature should reach 100 degrees, turning once a day.

Germination. Remove the soaked seeds and use a gauze bag to germinate. After the rice seeds are warmed, the temperature is controlled at 30-32°C, and the temperature is too high to turn over. The temperature after dew-breaking is controlled at 25°C. When germinating, pay attention to the changes of rice seed temperature at any time, appropriate temperature and germination, and the bud root length should be within 2 mm. It is advisable to dry the bud in the cool place after sowing and wait for sowing.
