3, regularly empty the oil. When replacing the oil, many operators did not replace all the oil. Instead, they added new oil to the crankcase. This did not meet the operating requirements, resulting in accelerated wear of the parts and greatly shortened the service life of the piston and other parts. At the same time, a large amount of impurities in the residual oil will adhere to the wall of the oil gallery, and in severe cases it will block the oil passage. Therefore, it is very important to empty the oil regularly.
4, do not arbitrarily adjust the valve. Most agricultural operators rely on experience rather than special tools to check the size of the valve clearance by shaking the feel of the valve rocker arm. This will have a serious impact on the diesel engine's work.
