1. When opening the drying box door, observe whether the equipment is in a vacuum state. If it is in a vacuum state, it should be filled with air first. The specific operation is to rotate the “deflation” knob so that the side with the hole is directly above the vertical, waiting for the drying box. The door can be opened when the upper gauge reading is zero. At this time, if the door cannot be opened, the saw door can be gently inserted into the gap between the door and the box to open the door.

2. After storing the item or taking out the item, close the drying box door and rotate the “deflation” knob so that the side with the hole is vertically below.

3. Turn on the power of the vacuum pump and open the pipeline valve (since three vacuum drying boxes share a vacuum pump, each drying box has a self-use pipe and a valve), and rotate the air line valve on the door of the box to It is in the "on" state and the vacuum is reached (the pressure gauge reading is near the red scale value on the dial).

4. Close the air line valve on the door to make it "off". Close the line valve and disconnect the vacuum pump.

Cautions 1. The oil level of the vacuum pump should be observed during use to avoid damage to the motor due to lack of oil.

2. Water and corrosive materials should not be placed inside. Corrosive articles can easily damage the gasket.

3. Items with strong volatility should be classified and placed in the same drying box. It should not be mixed with other items.

4. If the item needs to be heated, the set temperature should not exceed the high temperature allowed by the equipment.

5. Keep the glass of the drying oven clean to prevent air leakage.

6. Vacuum each time you take out the item to avoid deterioration of other items in the box.
