Operation method of pesticide residue speed measuring instrument

Pesticide residues are the general term for pesticide precursors, derivatives, metabolites, degradants and magazines that remain in the environment, organisms and foods after use. The main pesticides causing excessive pesticide residues in vegetables are organophosphorus pesticides and carbamate pesticides that are banned in vegetable production in some countries, such as methamidophos, omethoate, phorate, parathion, methyl sulfonate. Phosphorus, etc. Vegetables that have excessive pesticide residues are very harmful to the human body and are prone to acute poisoning and even death.

The Pesticide Residue Tester focuses on the detection of pesticide residues such as organophosphorus and carbamate. It is widely used in the detection of pesticide residues in vegetables and fruits in product quality supervision and inspection, sanitation and epidemic prevention, environmental protection, industrial and commercial management, vegetable wholesale market, vegetable production base, supermarkets, shopping malls, pesticide residue monitoring systems and other departments.

The pesticide residue rate measuring instrument adopts the enzyme inhibition rate method, has high sensitivity, and can quickly detect the pesticide residue in the sample. The specific operation method is as follows:

1. Turn on the power and the instrument starts self-test. After the set temperature is reached, the instrument automatically prompts.

2. The quick test card test paper transparent film is peeled off, the test paper is folded in half along the center line, the red pill is inserted upward into the test paper, the test paper fold line is placed under the press paper rib, and the white pill is placed on the heater.

3. Pipette a small amount of the extract with a dropper, and drop two drops of the extract on the white end of the test strip, and replace the pipette once for each sample.

4. Press the instrument start button and start heating to TEMP1. The buzzer will sound once and the TIME1 countdown will be automatically performed. After the TIME1 countdown is completed, the buzzer will sound three times, prompting to close the front cover. After closing the front cover, it automatically enters the TIME2 countdown. After the TIME2 countdown is completed, the buzzer continuously sends out “哗, 哗, 哗” to open the front cover and stop heating. In the whole process, press the start button to abort the operation. Press the “DISP” button to switch between time and temperature display during the whole process.

5. Open the top cover of the quick tester and observe and record the color change of the white tablets on the quick test card. The blue color is negative, the light blue is weakly positive, and the white is strong positive.

ADV Nucleic Acid Test Kit

Human adenovirus has 51 serotypes, 6 subgroups A-F, and the genome is a linear double-stranded DNA molecule. Groups B, C, and E are associated with respiratory infections; groups A and F are associated with gastrointestinal infections, groups D and E are associated with eye infection; and groups D and E are associated with kidney and urinary tract infections. Adenovirus is acid-resistant, so it can continue to remain active through the gastrointestinal tract.
