(3) The main bearing cover is replaced with a new crankshaft, main bearing bush or main bearing cover, etc. Sometimes the crankshaft is over-tightened. When the flywheel is pushed and pulled by hand, there is no axial clearance and the main bearing cover pad can be installed. During the work, if there is a small amount of axial rocking of the flywheel, oil leakage from the crankshaft oil seal (508013), remove the V-belt, and push and pull the flywheel by hand to find that the axial clearance is too large, and reduce the gasket.
(4) If the speed of the thrust bearing works, the speed of the diesel engine may fluctuate (commonly referred to as traveling), the fuel consumption is large, the combustion may be incomplete, the exhaust may emit black smoke, etc., which may be the clearance between the speed governing disk and the thrust bearing. Increase the cause. A 1 mm thick gasket can be added between the sliding plate and the thrust bearing. Sometimes when the gasket is too thick, it will not increase the throttle, and it will not reach the required rotation speed. The gasket should be properly cut.
(5) The cylinder head cover may be due to casting errors. Sometimes the cylinder head cover is replaced. The decompression shaft head presses the intake valve, causing the cylinder to have no compressive force. This can be solved by adding a cylinder head cover gasket.
2 gaskets on the chassis increase or decrease
(1) Actual operation of the drive wheel bearing housing When replacing a new drive shaft or bearing housing, excessive tightening of the drive shaft will occur, especially when the tapered roller bearing is used, and the top pressure is tighter.
