The mushrooms are harvested once they have fully matured and their caps are flat. A single kilogram of dry material can yield approximately 0.8 to 1.0 kilograms of fresh mushrooms. This method ensures a controlled and efficient growing process, making it suitable for both small-scale and commercial production.
