2 Detection frequency and project

2.1 New incoming beer bottles

2.1.1 Appearance: Test once per batch.

2.1.2 Internal pressure resistance, full mouth capacity: The same type of the same manufacturer is tested at least once a week.

2.1.3 Bottle height, vertical axis deviation, bottle mouth inner diameter, bottle mouth size, bottle outer diameter, bottle thickness, bottle wall thickness ratio: the same type of the same manufacturer at least once a month.

2.2 Recycling bottles

2.2.1 Appearance, internal pressure resistance, full mouth capacity: At least once a week.

3 Detection methods

3.1 Appearance

Observe the sample taken in a brightly lit place.

3.2 Glass bottle internal pressure resistance is tested by BY99-2 glass bottle internal pressure tester

Each batch of medicinal glass bottles that have not been tested by other samples is placed in a laboratory with a certain temperature and humidity for more than 30 minutes. The sample is filled with cold water and hung on the fixture of the internal pressure tester of BY99-2 glass bottle. Seal the device and cover it with a protective cover. The pressurizing device was actuated to increase the pressure at a predetermined rate, and was kept at a pressure of 1.2 MPa for 1 minute, and was not broken into a good product within 1 minute.

3.3 full mouth capacity

For the glass bottles drawn from each batch of samples, weigh the bottle weight (W ! ) with an electronic scale and record it; then fill the sample with cold water and dry the water outside the bottle, weigh the weight with an electronic scale (W 2 ), and record it.

Calculation: full mouth capacity = W 2 -W ! Unit: ml

3.4 Beer bottle size: Record the average value of the sample tested.

3.4.1 Height: Measured with a vernier caliper.

3.4.2 Vertical axis deviation: The medicinal bottle is fixed on the chassis of the BCY-YY glass bottle vertical axis deviation measuring instrument of Changsha City Haofu Instrument Co., Ltd., and the BCY-YY glass bottle vertical axis deviation measuring instrument pointer contacts the beer bottle. The outer edge of the bottle mouth, turn the chassis, record the maximum reading and the minimum reading (mm) of the dial gauge of the BCY-YY glass bottle vertical axis deviation meter.

Calculation: vertical axis deviation (mm) = maximum reading - minimum reading

3.4.3 Bottle mouth inner diameter (mm):

3.4.3.1 Crown bottle bottle: large bottle 640ml, vial 355ml, 500ml beer bottle, blue belt wind: measured with special measuring tools.

3.4.3.2 Spiral bottle bottle: 640ml (special and small gold king), 946ml beer bottle, 1183ml beer bottle: measured with vernier caliper.

3.4.4 Bottle size (mm):

3.4.4.1 Crown bottle bottle: large bottle 640ml, vial 355ml, 500ml beer bottle, blue belt wind: use the vernier caliper to measure the outer diameter of the bottle mouth.

3.4.4.2 Spiral bottle bottle: 640ml (special and small gold king), 946ml beer bottle, 1183ml beer bottle: measure the diameter of the tooth surface, the diameter of the bottom of the tooth, the diameter of the blockage ring, and the height of the bottle mouth with a vernier caliper.

3.4.5 Bottle diameter (mm): Measure the middle of the bottle with a vernier caliper.

3.4.6 Bottle thickness (mm): HD-10B glass bottle bottom thick thickness gauge or CH-1A+ magnetic thickness gauge (Hall effect thickness gauge) measuring bottle produced by Changsha Yufu Instrument Co., Ltd. The upper, middle, and lower thickness of the body were recorded and the average value was recorded.

3.4.7 Bottle wall thickness ratio: HD-10B glass bottle bottom thick thickness gauge or CH-1A+ magnetic thickness gauge (Hall effect thickness gauge) produced by Changsha Yufu Instrument Co., Ltd. Middle thickness, the thickest to the thinnest ratio.

3.4.8 Parallelism of the bottle mouth: The medicinal bottle is fixed on the chassis of the BCY-YY glass bottle vertical axis deviation measuring instrument of Changsha City Haofu Instrument Co., Ltd., and the product BCY-YY glass of Changsha City Haofu Instrument Co., Ltd.
