(hereinafter referred to as “SPV Company”, established in British Canada Columbia) invested in the acquisition of ResponseBiomediCAlCorp. (hereinafter referred to as "RBM", listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange, stock short name "RBM"). After the acquisition, the company will hold approximately 43.1% of the shareholders' equity of RBM. According to the company, the ratio is based on estimates from various parties and may be fine-tuned due to the actual implementation of RBM privatization.

According to the announcement, RBM has completed the privatization transaction as of the disclosure date and was delisted on the Toronto Stock Exchange on December 5, 2016. SPV currently holds a 100% stake in RBM. The acquisition has been approved by relevant authorities at home and abroad. The company has acquired 48.5% of RBM's shares through SPV in cash of US$5,859,695 (approximately RMB 40,623,966). Among them, part of the investment was used to subscribe for RBM non-public offerings at a price of $0.56 per share, 892,858 shares were subscribed, and the subscription amount was approximately $500,000.48; part of the investment was used for $1.12 (equivalent to 0.83) US$) The price per share subscribes to a total of 6,439,724 shares of SPV, with a subscription amount of approximately US$5,359,694.52.
