Residual special cleaning agent “Jiajia Vegetable Lover†has passed the expert appraisal organized by Beijing Science and Technology Commission. Experts believe that the promotion of the new technology results indicates that China has made substantial progress in the terminal protection of pesticide residues. The "Jiajia Vegetable Lover" created a new cleaning mechanism for the exchange of molecules through the surface-active state, using natural new surfactants and natural organic acid-alkali-based green ingredients, with no secondary pollution, etc. The removal of pesticide residues ranks the leading domestic position, reaching over 80%. It is understood that this new technology can not only remove residual pesticides on the surface of fruits and vegetables, but also remove pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables through penetration and replacement. Experiments have shown that the removal of typical organophosphorus, organochlorine, and pyrethroid pesticides have a good effect, can ensure that pesticide residues on fruits and vegetables after cleaning meet the national standards for export.
