How to use a compression sprayer

Compression sprayer is a small hand-applied pesticide equipment, light and flexible, suitable for spraying dwarf crops. Now use it as follows. 1. Before the newly purchased sprayer is used, the gland should be disassembled, a small amount of oil lubricated cup should be dripped into the air cylinder, and then the parts should be fastened in order, and the bolts at the joints should be tightened and used after being installed into the washer. 2. Before use, add clean water, tighten the bleeder screw of the machine, hold the iron handle by hand, and whip up and down 30-50 times to pump air. The pumping should be sufficient, and the tamping lever should be smooth. Then turn on the switch and check for leaks and leaks at the fittings of each line to see if the sprayer is normal. 3. When loading the bowl, half of the bowl should be placed inside the bowl, then rotate it, and gradually close the stopper rod. Do not harden the bowl and cause the bowl to turn over. 4. When filling with clean water or medicine, the height of the potion indicated on the outside of the implement must not be exceeded to ensure that the compressed air is stored and pressure is generated. When dosing, the liquid should be filtered and debris should enter the blocked nozzle hole. 5. If the water cover is slightly leaky after adding water, the bucket body can be shaken several times to make the water contact with the lid to enhance the sealing degree of the lid. Then continue to pump, so that the pressure inside the barrel increases. The greater the pressure, the tighter the lid is. 6. If there is a problem with the equipment in the operation, it should be repaired immediately. Before the repair, loosen the bleeder nut and release the compressed gas to prevent the liquid from escaping and injuring people and livestock. 7. After each spraying operation, the remaining liquid must be poured out. When pouring the medicine, loosen the tensioning nut first, press down on the tightening screw, and then squeeze the compressed air in the bucket before unscrewing the water cover. Pour out with clean water. 8. After the equipment has been used with strong corrosive liquids, or before long-term storage, alkali and water are used to clean the inner and outer surfaces of the sprayer and rinse with warm water. Rinse air spray during flushing to clean the hose and the liquid inside the spray bar. After washing, pour out the remaining water and dry the barrel to prevent rust. 9, long-term storage of the sprayer, after cleaning, the collar screw dry, oiled and preserved; the skin should be hung up, two head down; boom should be stored upright, nozzle up, so that the water flow inside The aprons and cups of each joint should be coated with oil to prevent drying and shrinkage. 10. The sprayer should be stored in a cool and dry place. Do not stack it with corrosive substances such as pesticides and chemical fertilizers to prevent rust.
