Lotus root storage preservation

(1) The film account method uses a plastic film storage account to cover the lotus root, but it is not sealed, and the account should be exposed once every other day. (2) The method of soil burial uses bricks or wood boards to form a burying pit. Put a layer of soil in the pit, coat 5 to 6 layers, and cover 10 cm of fine soil. The storage soil should be fine and soft, and it should be suitable for hand-squeezing. When storing, the lotus root should be properly drained to prevent breakage. If buried in a cement warehouse, the bottom of the pit should be raised 10 cm above the floor with a wooden board or bamboo frame, and the bottom should be disinfected with drugs. A layer of fine soil about 10 cm thick should then be laid and stored as above. If they are buried in open air, they should choose a place with a high ground and a strong sun and darkness. The earth and ravine compartments should be stacked in a ramp or pagoda shape. Then all the lotus root should be covered with soil and a drainage ditch should be dug around.
