Operational precautions

Adjust the gap between the grinding discs, loosen the two handles (counterclockwise) and then turn the adjusting ring clockwise. Use one hand to extend into the square mouth of the base and turn the motor blades. When the adjusting ring feels a little friction, stop immediately. Then reversing the adjustment ring a little to make the gap of the grinding plate larger than the alignment number. Generally, in the case of meeting the fineness requirement of the processed material, the clearance pin of the grinding piece is made larger as much as possible. This will allow the life of the plate to last longer. Then tighten the handle clockwise to lock the adjustment ring to fix the gap between the plates.

Thoroughly disinfect and clean the inside of the body.

Turn on the cooling water, start the colloid mill and wait until the operation is normal, then immediately put it into the grinder. The empty car should not be operated for more than 15 seconds.

The processing materials are not allowed to have quartz, broken glass, metal scrap hard materials mixed into them, otherwise the grinding will damage the moving and static grinding tablets. Pay attention to the motor load and reduce the charge if it is found to be overloaded.

The colloid mill is a high-precision machine. The gap between the grinding discs is extremely small, and the running speed is high. The operator should strictly observe the post and operate according to the regulations. The fault is found to stop in time and the fault is used again.

After the colloid mill is used, it should be thoroughly cleaned so that the material does not remain in the machine, so as to avoid leakage caused by mechanical seal bonding.

This machine is a high-precision machine with fast running speed, line speed of up to 20 m / s, and the gap between the grinding discs is very small. When repairing the machine, in the process of disassembly and reassembly, it is absolutely not allowed to directly hit with a hammer and apply a wooden hammer. Or pad - the clods are lightly tapped to avoid damaging the parts. Both dynamic and static grinding discs have special tools for disassembly.

The machine is sealed and divided into static seal and dynamic seal. The dynamic seal adopts mechanical seal and combined seal. The static seal adopts 0-ring, the fastener is sealed with copper pad, and the screw seal is made of Teflon tape. The mechanical seal is made of chrome corundum ceramic and found to be broken.
