Vibration motor operation and operation rules

Vibration motor operation and operation rules
Vibration machinery has always used vibration motors as a simple, reliable and effective power. Different combinations of vibration motors on the vibrating body can produce different vibration trajectories, thus effectively completing various operations.
Linear vibration: The vibration trajectory of the vibrating body (vibration box and material) is a straight line on the horizontal and vertical planes, and its vibration form is called linear vibration. This type of vibrating screen is called a linear vibrating screen or a linear screen. Two vibration motors of the same type are mounted on the vibration machine body, so that the two vibration motor shafts are in parallel positions. When the two vibration motors are turned in opposite directions during operation, the two vibration motors must be synchronized, and the body generates linear vibration. .
Circular or elliptical vibration: The projection of the vibrational trajectory of the vibrating body on a horizontal plane is a straight line, and the projection on the vertical plane is a circle or an ellipse, and its vibration form is called a circular or elliptical vibration. Such vibrating screens are called circular vibrating screens or circular vibrating screens. This type of motion is usually produced by mounting a vibration motor on the body of the vibrating machine. The circular or elliptical vibration occurs on a plane perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the vibration motor, depending on the relative position of the vibration motor and the center of gravity of the machine. Composite vibration: The vibration of the vibrating body is generated by two sets of excitation systems, and the form of vibration is called compound vibration. Generally there are two forms of dual frequency composite type and double width composite type. Some special performance vibratory screening equipment uses two different types of vibration motors with different speeds, which are installed in the receiving end and the discharging end of the screening equipment, so that the receiving end exhibits large amplitude and low frequency vibration, and at the same time The material end exhibits small amplitude and high frequency vibration, and the middle part of the screening device overlaps the two kinds of vibrations, so that the screening device can play a more effective screening effect.
Rotating vibration: The projection of the vibrating trajectory of the vibrating body on a horizontal plane is a circle or an ellipse, and its vibration form is called a vibrating vibration. Such a vibrating screen is called a vibrating screen. The rotary vibration can be divided into three types: flat-rotation vibration, vortex vibration and multi-rotation vibration. When the projection of the vibration trajectory of the vibrating body on a vertical plane is a horizontal straight line, the vibration form is called a flat-rotation type vibration; when the projection of the trajectory of the vibrating body on a vertical plane is a slanting straight line, the vibration form is called Vortex type vibration; when the vibration trajectory of the vibrating body is projected on a vertical plane as a circle or an ellipse, the vibration form is called a compound-type vibration. The vibration device is usually generated by a vibration device excited by a vertical vibration motor, and the vibration form depends on the angle between the excitation blocks at both ends of the vertical vibration motor. It is also possible to divide the two foot-mounted vibration motors on both sides of the vibration device so that the rotation shaft is at a set angle, and the vibration device will also generate the vibration.
The bearings of the vibration motor should be regularly coated with grease, usually oiled once every 2-3 months to reduce the wear of the bearing. The vibration motor can be oiled at the nozzle with the oil gun, or it can be disassembled and oiled. The oil injection volume is 1 of the bearing chamber volume. /3 to 1/2.(

A Heating Pad is a pad used for warming of parts of the body in order to manage pain. Localized application of heat causes the blood vessels in that area to dilate, enhancing perfusion to the targeted tissue.

Heating pad is used for soothing painful joints & sore muscles & promote blood circulation in the form of heat therapy. Normally it is regulated by a controller with 3-4 heat settings.
