PW-960 automatic enzyme label washing machine is easy to operate, reliable, clean and flexible. It is suitable for the cleaning of various specifications of microplates in enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (such as flat bottom, round bottom, U-shaped, V-shaped plate, etc.) Common troubleshooting and maintenance during use are summarized below for reference.
1 fault one
1 . 1 Fault phenomenon Turn on the power and the instrument does not display.
1 . 2 analysis and elimination
(1) The power supply has no voltage or the power socket is loose. Check the power socket voltage and the connection between the plug and the socket, and reconnect the power supply to the socket.
(2) The power supply is disconnected. There is a safety seat at the bottom of the power socket at the back of the instrument. Use a flat head screwdriver to remove the safety seat. Check if the fuse is broken: if it is disconnected, replace the fuse.

2 fault two
2 . 1 Symptom washer work, but not the cleaning liquid is ejected. Or the amount of fluid is too small.
2 . 2 analysis and elimination
(1) The bottle cap is not tightened or the silicone tube is not in close contact with the cap. Retighten the wash bottle cap. Then reconnect the silicone tube to the cap to seal it.
(2) The silicone tube is subjected to pressure kink or cracks. Cut off the cracked part or replace some of the silicone tube and reconnect the silicone tube. And keep the connection to the cap closed.
(3) The filter in the lotion bottle is clogged. Open the lotion bottle. Pick up the bottle cap. Clean the bottom filter of the silicone tube connected to the liquid outlet with a small brush.
(4) The solenoid valve is out of order. Open the top cover of the instrument and check that the solenoid valve plug is secure.
(5) The negative pressure pump does not start. Make no positive pressure inside the lotion bottle. Open the upper cover of the instrument, turn on the instrument, and put the instrument in working condition. Observe or touch the negative pressure pump on the left to observe whether it is vibrating. If the pump does not start, first check if the plug connected to the pump is loose: if the fault persists, contact the manufacturer. Replace the pump or motherboard

3. 1 failure phenomenon after washing the plate. The residual amount of liquid in the microplate exceeded the standard.
3 . 2 analysis and elimination
(1) The waste liquid bottle and the buffer bottle cap are not tightened, or the silicone tube connected to the cap has cracks, so that the connection is not tight. Tighten the cap. If there is a crack in the silicone tube, cut off the crack and reconnect the tubing.
(2) During the washing process, the needle long needle (suction needle) is blocked. The aspirating needle is more likely to clog. Mostly caused by serum separation. It can be solved by the needle in the spare box and then rinsed with distilled water in the lotion bottle.
(3) The aspiration needle does not reach the bottom of the microwell of the microplate. Check if the distance between the pipetting needle and the bottom of the micropore of the microplate is too large, if the pipette needle does not touch the bottom of the micropore. Please select "position adjustment" to make the aspiration needle "center". Press the up and down keys again. Keep pressing to the "bottoming out" state. Then press the left and right buttons. While observing the pipetting needle. Until the pipetting needle contacts the bottom of the microplate. Press the "wash plate / return" button to reset.

4 . 1 malfunction phenomenon After the washing machine is turned on, the liquid adding needle continuously discharges.
4 . 2 analysis and elimination
(1) There is foreign matter in the pipe part of the solenoid valve at the rear of the instrument. Clean up foreign objects and put the spool in place.
(2) The solenoid valve is out of order. Check if the solenoid valve is damaged. If it is damaged, replace it in time.

5 . 1 Fault phenomenon The cleaning needle and the microplate are not in the correct position or stuck.
5.2 Analysis and elimination
(1) The microplates are not all placed in the tray slots. Reposition the microplate so that the bottom of the microplate is in full contact with the bottom of the tray and is flat.
(2) The horizontal guide rail has impurities, which makes the sliding between the guide rail and the slider poor. Gently lift the front end of the horizontal tray and clean the horizontal slide and the slider on the tray with a soft cloth. In case of hard objects, use a slightly hard tool to gently scrape. Be careful not to scratch

6 . 1 failure phenomenon
After the instrument is turned on. Vertical pallets and horizontal workbench are in place, but the motor continues to experience noise. The display cannot proceed to the next program.
6 . 2 analysis and elimination
(1) The optocoupler is disconnected, making the optocoupler inoperative. Open the top cover of the instrument and check if the horizontal and vertical optocoupler wires are disconnected. Reinsert the plug or replace the optocoupler cable.

(2) The light blocking plate of the vertical mechanism or the horizontal mechanism does not enter the optical coupling groove, or the size into the groove is too small. Open the top cover of the instrument and use a screwdriver to adjust the light barrier into the slot 3-4mm.
(3) The photocoupler is damaged. Replace the optocoupler or main board.

7 maintenance and maintenance
(1) Instrument operators should undergo rigorous training. Proficiency in the operating procedures and performance of the instrument, develop good operating habits, and often observe the operation of the instrument. If an abnormality is found, please promptly ask the maintenance personnel to handle it and make a maintenance record.
(2) Empty the waste liquid bottle before starting the machine every day, put 2 to 5 pieces (containing chlorine 1500mg / piece) disinfectant into the bottle. And check whether the liquid in the washing liquid bottle and the distilled water bottle is sufficient, whether the connecting pipes are connected well, whether the power cord of the instrument is connected well or the grounding is good.
Place the standard ELISA plate in the A tray.
(3) After the daily washing, the standard enzyme label is placed in the A tray. Flush the tubing with distilled water. Prevent the washing liquid from crystallizing and clogging the cleaning needle. Wipe dry with a soft cloth dampened in diluted disinfectant water and gently wipe the surface of the instrument. If the surface of the instrument is contaminated with biohazardous materials, it can be cleaned with neutral disinfection.
(4) Carry out thorough maintenance of the entire pipeline every month, replace the liquid in the washing liquid bottle and distilled water with 10% sodium hypochlorite to start and rinse. After soaking for 30 minutes, clean the washing liquid bottle, distilled water bottle and waste liquid bottle, and then install Return to the liquid and rinse the entire line thoroughly with distilled water.
