(3) When there is no special tool assembly, three small springs can be compressed by 20-22 mm and tied with cotton thread symmetry, and then the bundled small spring dust-proof circles are respectively put on the three separate armature rods; Remove the thread after the clutch is installed.
(4) When tightening the 6 nuts on the shell cover, tighten it several times according to the diagonal. After tightening, the end of the groove must not protrude beyond the side of the grooved groove so as not to touch the belt.
(5) When installing the release bearing, the side with the thrust circle should be oriented towards the release lever, otherwise it will exacerbate the separation lever wear.
(6) When installing the clutch release claw seat, make sure that the oil collection slot is directly below to prevent the lubricant from being thrown into the clutch case and cause the belt to slip.
(7) After the equipment is installed, push the clutch shell along the axial direction by hand. There should be no obvious shaft movement at this time. Otherwise, the inspection should be disassembled.
