The engine oil grade is based on the local temperature: the minimum temperature is between 0 and -5°C, the -10 diesel is selected; the minimum temperature is between -10 and -15°C, and -20# diesel is used; the minimum temperature is not lower than -30°C , choose -35 diesel; the lowest temperature in the high-cold area around -40 °C, choose -50 diesel.
Third, pay attention to tire pressure
Winter tire pressure is about 5% higher than the summer requirement to reduce rolling resistance during travel.
Fourth, warm start
Before winter start, increase the temperature of the engine with hot water of about 80°C, and turn on the water release switch. When the hot water of about 40°C flows out, add boiling water to start the engine. When the temperature is particularly cold, release the oil after shutdown and warm it before starting. Add oil pan to 40-50°C; do not use ignition, dragging, sliding slope, open flame car, add water after starting car, loosen injection pressure and other wrong methods to start; after starting, turn at medium speed for 15 minutes until water temperature Up to 40 °C can be started above, the water temperature can reach 60 °C to load operation.
Fifth, strengthen antifreeze
In winter, artificial insulation work should be carried out on the tractor, such as installing insulation curtains, or loosening the fan belt to reduce fan rotation speed; Winter's location.
Six, pay attention to the release of water
For tractors without antifreeze, when the temperature is below 0°C, the cooling water must be drained at night; however, when the water temperature is high and the water temperature drops below 60°C, the water is released, otherwise it will easily lead to stress generated by the basic body such as the body or cylinder head.
