Soaking in warm water: soak in warm water of 50-55°C (2 parts boiling water, 1 part cold water) for 7-8 minutes, and stir constantly, then add cold water. The temperature of the rapeseed fell to 25-30°C, and the cold rapeseed fell to 20-25°C. Soaking time varies depending on the seed, cucumber, pumpkin soak for 3-4 hours; solanaceous fruit, gourd, melon soaked 8-10 hours; watermelon, carrot, spinach soaked for 24 hours; radish, cabbage, cauliflower soaking for 1-3 hours. Soaking in warm water should pay attention to: soak the container to be clean, water should be moderate, just submergence of the water is appropriate, soaking 4-5 hours to change the water once soaking process to clear the floating species on the water.
Formalin disinfection: Put the soaked seeds in a 1000-fold formalin solution and soak for 15 minutes. Then remove and fumigate for 2-3 hours. Wash again and sow directly.
Potassium permanganate soaking: soak the seeds with 1% potassium permanganate solution for 30-60 minutes, or soak with 4% sodium chloride 20 times for 20-30 minutes, remove, rinse, and dry You can sow.
Germination: Wrap the seeds that have been soaked in lukewarm water with a gauze or towel, place in a water-permeable container, put on a wet towel, and put them under appropriate temperature to germinate. Hi temperature dishes are 25-30°C, and cold dishes are 20-25°C. Priming time: cabbage for 12 hours; tomato for 2-3 days, watermelon for 3-5 days; eggplant for 3-6 days; green pepper for 2-3 days.
