How to build an economical and practical duck house

The ducks are divided into two categories: temporary duck houses and long-term fixed duck houses. The early small-scale duck farms in China's rural areas are mostly simple duck houses. The large and medium-sized duck farms established in recent years are mostly fixed duck houses. Producers can choose a suitable duck house based on their own conditions and local resources.

The complete flat duck housing is usually composed of three parts: duck housing, duck beach (land sports ground), and water enclosure (water sports ground).

Duck house. The most basic requirements are sun protection, sun protection, wind and rain protection, cold insulation and prevention of animal pests. The depth of each room is 8m to 10m, and the width is 7m to 8m, which is similar to a square. It is convenient for the ducks to do circular activities in the house. The duckhouse must not be divided into narrow rectangles, otherwise the ducks It is extremely easy to trample and injure a person when he/she rotates around. Usually, 1,000 to 2,000 small-scale duck farms are established, and 2 to 4 rooms are built. Then 3 small rooms are built on the side to serve as warehouses, feed rooms and management staff quarters.

Building Area Estimation: Due to duck breeds, age, and climate, the requirements for duck house area are different. Therefore, it is necessary to leave room for the calculation of building area in the construction of duck houses, and appropriate relaxation plans; but in the use of duck houses, it is necessary to plan carefully, make full use of the construction area, and improve the utilization of the duck houses.

The principle of using duck houses is that, within a unit area, the winter can increase the rearing density, and raise more appropriately; on the contrary, the summer should be less raised; the large-scale duck house should have a larger breeding density, and a small area duck house.
