6 strokes to extend the life of the tractor

Tractors have the same "lifespan" as the human body. If they are well-maintained, they will be "end of life." Therefore, in the process of driving a tractor, the agricultural operator should pay attention to the following points:

One, not overloaded. Overloading is the most important “root cause” of tractor life. Overloading will cause the engine to overheat, causing poor lubrication of the moving parts and premature wear. Causes of overload: 1. Agricultural machinery is not matched, such as "small horse-drawn cart." 2. Loads, ploughing, and ploughing operations are too heavy. 3. Trap car. 4. The road condition is not good.

Second, the temperature should not be too low. The engine's operating temperature is 75 °C ~ 85 °C. When the tractor is working, it should start at 40°C, and it can work at 60°C. If necessary, adjust the opening of the insulation curtain (louver), or heat the water to solve the problem of temperature discomfort.

Third, the engine should not be overheated. If the engine temperature is too high, it will cause poor lubrication, which will cause accelerated wear of moving parts. The causes of engine overheating are: 1. The cooling water is too low. 2. The fan belt is too loose. 3. The engine is overloaded. 4. The heat curtain is not open. 5. The thermostatic valve fails to close the small circulation position of the cooling water. 6. The pump impeller is heavily worn. 7. Too much scale. 8. The heat sink is clogged. 9. Heat sinks contain debris in the heat sink. 10. Improper assembly, loss of lubrication, or other causes of abnormal friction.

Fourth, do not increase the throttle. On the one hand, slamming the throttle will subject the moving parts to additional inertia; on the other hand, slamming the throttle rapidly increases the amount of oil injected into the cylinder, and the fresh air entering the cylinder is out of proportion to the fuel. Poor combustion, engine black smoke, increased combustion coke, increase machine wear and fuel waste.

Fifth, choose different gears according to different road conditions and loads, because the tractor has its best economic speed.

Six, tire pressure should not be too high too low, as far away from oil and fire, to avoid sharp edges, potholes, rough roads to speed, not accelerating speed; reduce the number of brakes as much as possible, do not brake hard, should be expected to drive, When necessary, supplemented with braking; not allowed to place the foot on the brake pedal during driving, to select the appropriate gear when downhill. If the gear position is too high, the number of brakes must be increased. The gear position is too low. The tractor is glided by the downhill thrust to accelerate the wear of the tire. Do not force acceleration after the vehicle is trapped. Otherwise, the tire will be heavily skid and the wear will be aggravated.

Cleaning Agent Recovery Machine

Calstar® Solvent Recovery Machine Recyclable: washing solvent, acetic acid esters, halogenated hydrocarbons, three ethyl chloride, trichloroethylene, solvent oil, isopropyl alcohol, acetone, butanone and cyclohexanone, days that water, wash water gun, banana water, plate washer water, wash water network, wash water, white oil, hand washing water, diluent, washing water, ink cleaning agent, ethyl acetate, toluene, xylene, toluene three, four toluene, banana water, alcohol, ethanol, butanol, two glycol solvent waste and dirty etc..
Calstar® solvent recovery machine using the distillation principle: by heating the evaporation of solvent into a gaseous state, the steam into the cooling system to flow out, so that the recovery of organic solvents. So as to make the waste, dirty, old organic solvent recycling, recycling and reuse. Both can save a lot of procurement costs, but also to reduce the pollution of the environment.
