Because the coal quality of the original coal is relatively soft, the content of the final coal is large, and the amount of primary coal and secondary coal in a 0.5mm grade accounts for about 45% of the raw coal. 2. Production application In order to obtain the effect of centrifuge dewatering and fine-grained clean coal according to 0.075mm classification, the experiment was carried out several times under the condition of changing the mechanical parameters and process conditions of the centrifuge. The process effect of the centrifuge is shown in Table 2. The results of small coal sieving are shown in Table 3.





It can be seen from the test results that the centrifuge has a large concentration of human material, a coarse particle size, a small content of fine particles (-0.075 mm), and is easy to dehydrate. When the centrifuge speed drops to 630r/min, the product moisture can be reduced to 14.65%. This is because although the centrifuge speed is reduced, the dehydration time is relatively extended, which ensures sufficient dehydration time. The reduction of the speed of the centrifuge reduces the pushing torque, reduces the load of the reducer, saves power consumption, reduces the friction and wear of the equipment, prolongs the service life of the wearing parts, and brings a series of benefits to the operation of the equipment. . Therefore, Zui finally determined that the production speed of the equipment was 630 r/min. According to the test results, when the concentration of human material is 467g/L, the processing capacity of the centrifuge is Q=10.25t/h. At this time, the main motor power N=52.70kw, which is much lower than the rated power, indicating that the processing capacity of the machine has a large surplus. It can reach the upper limit of 20 rated h of the rated processing capacity of the equipment. It can be seen from the small sieve results of the coal sample that the effect of the machine on the fine-grained grade of 0.075 mm is not obvious, and all the centrates are -0.045 mm grade fine mud.

If the -0.075mm high-ash fine mud in the product can be separated from the centrifugal liquid, the ash content of the fine coal slurry product can be reduced to 8.96%. In order to achieve this, it is necessary to further reduce the centrifugal strength of the device or shorten the length-to-diameter ratio of the drum.
