Ecological chicken/duck fermentation bed

Ecological chicken/duck fermentation bed

Fermented bed chicken/duck method, also known as natural chicken/duck method, litter chicken/duck method, lazy Han chicken/duck method, eco-ring maintenance chicken/duck technology, etc., is a kind of pollution-free, zero-emission Organic farming technology. It is based on the EM technology, the characteristics of beneficial microbial flora using special fermentation broth, combined with years of experience in feeding chickens/duck, summed up a breeding technology. The basic principle is to use special fermentation broth microbiological preparations to carry out material energy circulation and to exert the “central” role of energy conversion. It is fermented by using certain beneficial microorganisms according to a certain ratio, mixed with sawdust, rice hulls, straw and other auxiliary materials. An organic litter is formed. The microorganisms in the litter use chicken/dung feces as baits to breed and breed. The urine is quickly treated to solve the odor. At the same time, a large amount of microbial protein is grown and used by chickens/duck. This will complement each other to turn the litter fermentation bed into a micro-ecological feed processing plant, providing a constant supply of raw nourishment to the raw chicken/duck.

Fermented bed chicken/duck advantages

1. Improve the environment and eliminate the pollution to the environment: chickens/duck lived on this kind of organic litter from small to large, the discharged excreta was rapidly degraded and digested by the microorganisms in the litter, and the chicken/yaw house was odorless and odorless. No breeding of mosquitoes and flies, reducing environmental pollution and spread of the disease. At the same time, it is not necessary to clean the chicken/auck house every day, so that no waste is discharged from the chicken/duck farm to protect the environment.

2. Improve feed utilization, promote growth, and improve immunity: nutrition provided by chicken/duck feces enables beneficial bacteria to multiply, form high-protein mycelium, and secrete a variety of nutrients such as active factors, and then become chicken/duck. After ingestion, it not only facilitates digestion, but also improves chicken/duck immunity and promotes growth.

3, to improve the quality of meat: chickens / ducks on the litter, it is very comfortable, chicken / duck activity is greater. Chickens/duck are healthy and healthy. There is almost no chicken/duck disease, and almost no antibiotics are used to improve the quality of chicken/duck and produce truly organic chicken/duck.

4、Provincial workers save material and reduce costs: Use special fermentation broth fermentation padding biological fermentation chicken/duck technology, do not need water flush chicken/yaks house, do not need to remove chicken/duck droppings every day; use automatic feeding, reduce With the amount of work, more than 90% of water can be saved. At the same time, a large amount of energy (such as electricity and coal) can be saved in the environment that is warm in winter and cool in summer, and the purpose of provincial holidays is achieved. The economic benefits are obvious.

5, turning waste into treasure: After the litter is used, it can be directly used as crops, oils, fruit trees and other crops can be used as high-quality bio-organic fertilizer, to achieve the effect of recycling, turning waste into treasure.

Fermenting bed ingredients

1. The fermentation bed is mainly composed of organic litter. The main components of the litter are rice husk, sawdust (unusable after antiseptic treatment), bark wood chips, crushed orange straw, sawdust, straw, rice hull (or rice hull flour) Corncobs, peanut shells, hay powder (cut into small pieces of about 5cm or pieces), soil and a small amount of coarse salt, bacteria and liquids, accounting for 90%, the other 10% is a small amount of soil and coarse salt. The total thickness of the chicken/aqua pad is about 40 cm. The straw can be placed below and then sawdust. The amount of soil is about 10% of the total material, and the requirement is that clean soil without chemical fertilizers is used; the amount of salt is 0.3% of the total material; the probiotic EM bacteria in the fermentation bed is about 0.5 kg per square meter (the amount of brown sugar is equivalent See the instruction manual.) Mix the broth, rice hulls, sawdust, etc. in a certain proportion so that the total moisture content reaches about 25% (Note: the dry material has already contained more than 10% water). Hold the material tightly by hand and moisten the fingers, but No water droplets. It is recommended to divide the chicken/luck house into several areas for separate operation.

2. Take a 20m2 fermented-bed chicken/duck house (thickness standard is 40cm) as an example: The total thickness of the chicken/duck house is about 40cm, about 70kg per square meter, and an area of 20m2. The chicken/duck house is about 1400 kg. The amount of soil is about 10% of the total material weight, about 140 kilograms, and the requirement is clean soil without using chemical fertilizers and pesticides; the amount of salt is 0.3% of the total material weight, about 4.2 kilograms; the probiotic EM bacteria in the fermentation bed is 1 square. 0.5 kilograms for rice and 10 kilograms for 20 square meters. The required litter is specifically based on the final 40 cm of compaction.

3, the production of fermentation beds:

At the lowest part of the fermentation bed, 15 cm rice hull or corn stalk (with a very thin portion removed) (cut into small pieces of about 5 cm or fragments) is laid out, mainly for bottom ventilation, and then 15 cm after the sawdust is spread, then the rice husk is laid 15 cm, water dissolves the coarse salt and is mixed with sawdust. Sawdust containing salt water is evenly sprinkled on the surface of the fermentation bed; then, the bacterial dilution of the fermentation bed (see the manual for details) and 0.5 kg/m2 of corn flour are sprinkled on the surface of the fermentation bed. Spray water with a hose to a moisture content of about 25% (never excessive water). Then, hold the material in your hand and the finger gap is moist, but no water droplets are left. Then use a 4-pin fork or other tool to overturn it to make it even. This can be repeated up to about 30 cm, and then covered with a tape or plastic film. Summer fermentation for 5 days, winter fermentation for 8 days (as long as the temperature dropped from a maximum of 70 degrees to 40 degrees or so). At the same time, clean soil is sprinkled on the surface of the fermentation bed according to the prescribed amount. Covered with 10 cm of dried sawdust and rice hulls (unfermented), you can sprinkle the straw directly on it, sprinkling a little uncontaminated yellow mud and a few pounds of salt, and sprinkle with a little bran. And cornmeal. It is recommended to divide the chicken/luck house into several areas for separate operation.

2. Ferment bed management and precautions

(1) Dry and wet fermentation bed surface: The fermentation bed surface cannot be too dry, and certain humidity is conducive to the propagation of microorganisms. If it is too dry, it may cause chicken/duck respiratory diseases, and it can regularly spray special fermentation bacterium on the bed surface. Liquid diluent (monthly once a month). The humidity on the bed must be controlled at about 25%. Too much water should be turned on to adjust the humidity of the pass-through chicken/duck tuyere. The wet parts should be promptly removed.

(2) Deworming: Only the size of each house before the introduction must be even and healthy. And must use the appropriate drugs to drive off the parasite, to prevent the parasites from being brought into the fermentation bed, so as to prevent the chicken/duck from bringing the eggs back into the body when they eat the hyphae.

(3) Pay close attention to the activity of the broth: If necessary, add a dilution of the broth to ensure that the fermentation can proceed normally. The regular application of special fermentation broth dilution (once every month).

(4) Control feeding amount: Feed amount of chicken/duck should be controlled at 80% of normal amount. When the litter is reduced, it is necessary to properly supplement the lack of part of the feed, and it is best to use a dedicated fermentation broth fermentation feed to further enhance the number and activity of beneficial microorganisms. If the litter surface is knotted in real time, it should be loosened to smooth out uneven surfaces. After the chicken/duck is all slaughtered, it is best to place the litter dry for 2-3 days, and repeatedly pour the litter from the bottom. See the situation can be appropriate to add special fermentation broth dilution, re-stacking fermentation, interval 24 hours after the chicken/duck can be fed again.

(5) Prohibition of chemical drugs: Chemicals and antibiotics are forbidden in chickens/yaks, to prevent the killing and inhibition of bacteria, and to reduce the activity of bacteria.

(6) Ventilation. If the house has large moisture, it must be ventilated and ventilated to remove excessive moisture.
