孵化Five hatching methods

Cockroaches are one of the smallest poultry, producing both meat and eggs. They have certain breeding prospects. In order to meet the needs of aquaculture, hatching can be done manually. The following five incubation methods are described below:

Natural hatching

First, choose a small, strong brood hens hatch, once hatchable egg 30 to 40 pieces. In the early stage of hatching, when the hens eat from the nest, if the temperature is low, blankets and other insulation should be put on the nest. During the incubation process, the hens should be prevented from breaking their eggs.

Second, hatching with pigeons, each time you can put 6 to 8 hatched eggs. Method: After the pigeons lay eggs and prepare to hatch, remove the pigeon eggs and put them into the quail eggs. After hatching, hatchlings should be removed and put into brooders in time.

The hot-water tank hatching method uses a water tank of the same diameter, one aluminum plate, and a quilt for thermal insulation. Place 30 to 40 eggs each into a small mesh bag and place them in an aluminum tray. The outside of the tank is covered with cotton wool, etc., and the inside is put in warm water of 50° C. to 70° C. The amount of water is not touching the bottom of the aluminum plate that is placed in the tank. Place the aluminum plate on the tank and cover it with a quilt. At the beginning of incubation, the temperature in the cylinder can be slightly higher. At the same time, there is a large temperature difference between the upper egg and the middle egg in the tray. Turn the egg several times to make the egg temperature basically consistent, then turn the egg once every 4-6 hours. The water in the tank is usually changed 1 or 2 times a day, and only a part of water is changed at a time. A thermometer can be placed in the aluminum pan during incubation to allow for temperature changes.

In the electric blanket incubation method, a layer of cotton wool is laid on the underside of the electric blanket. The blanket is covered with a layer of cotton blanket. A few square sticks of 3 to 5 cm square are placed on the blanket and the egg tray is placed on the square wood. Stack 2 to 3 layers, cover quilts, and then heat up. After 10-12 hours of incubation, the temperature is checked once every 30 minutes. Afterwards, the temperature can be controlled by turning on, off, turning the eggs, drying the eggs, and covering the thickness of the blanket. Turn eggs 5-6 times a day.

The fireball hatching method is an incubation method suitable for use in northern regions. Doing a adobe fire and then hatching on a trampoline is basically similar to the electric blanket method.

Machine Incubation There are many types of incubators commercially available. Any hatching machine used for poultry eggs can be used to incubate cockroaches. It is only necessary to change the pitch of the egg tray to 2.6 cm.
