Different types of vibrating fluidized bed dryers :
( 1 ) Single-layer fluidized bed dryer The single-layer fluidized bed dryer has a simple structure, convenient operation, large production capacity and wide application. It is generally used in the case where the bed particles are at a standstill height. According to the different mediums to be dried, the production intensity can reach 500~1000kg/h from the material in the distribution plate per square meter , and the air consumption is 3~12kg/h .
( 2 ) The disadvantage of multi-layer fluidized bed dryer single layer fluidization drying is that the moisture of the product obtained after drying is not uniform. To improve this disadvantage, multilayer fluidized bed dryers have emerged.
( 3 ) Horizontal multi-chamber fluidized bed dryer Horizontal multi-chamber fluidized bed dryer is suitable for drying 4~14 mesh granular materials made of various difficult-to-dry granule machines . The initial moisture content is generally 10~30%. The final moisture content of the dried material is generally 0.02~0.3% .
