The main causes of overheating and troubleshooting methods are as follows:

1, water tank water shortage. The water did not increase enough, or there was a leak. After cooling for a period of time, add cooling water and check for leaks. If any, tap the plugging measures and repair.

2, the fan belt is too loose to make the fan and the pump and the speed is not enough. Too loose or too tight a belt will accelerate the wear of the belt and accelerate the wear of the bearing. Too loose a belt will also reduce the cooling power of the cooling water and cause the engine to overheat. Should be in accordance with the requirements of the instructions, hand-moving fan or pull the middle of the belt, check the tightness of the fan belt, the tightness is not correct, should be adjusted. If two of the fan belts are damaged, they should be replaced as much as possible. Two tight ones should accelerate the wear of the belts and bearings.

5. When the engine is overloaded for a long time, the fuel emits more heat, but the engine speed is low, and the cooling effect is poor, so the cooling water warms up quickly, causing the engine to overheat. 6, the engine fuel supply advance angle is too small, the combustion will be carried out under the volume of large cylinders, cooling water to the heat, causing it to heat up quickly, causing the engine to overheat.
