So, what are the functions of these switch buttons?

1. Governor knob (front white): used to adjust the speed of the wok, adjust the acceleration clockwise, adjust the deceleration counterclockwise, and adjust according to the characteristics of the fried products.

2, governor switch (front black): power switch of the governor, press the upper end of the switch, the governor is energized, press the lower end of the switch, the governor is powered off, (Note: when the governor is powered off , the wok does not turn)

3. Thermostat (front black): PV displays the real-time temperature in the wok, and SV shows the preset demand temperature. Press the button in the lower left corner to set the demand temperature. Press the up button to increase or decrease the value. After setting it, press the button in the lower left corner to confirm and exit the setting. When the PV value is lower than the SV value, the heating is normally performed; when the PV value is equal to the SV value, the heating is automatically stopped and the alarm is issued; when the PV value is lower than the SV value again, the heating is automatically started, and thus the heating is cycled to achieve the constant temperature purpose.

4, heating gear display (front black): display the heating gear position, can display "one", "1", "2", "3", "4", "5" in turn, when displaying "one" Without heating, the higher the gear position, the greater the power and the faster the heating.

5. Heating gear adjustment knob (front white): used to adjust the heating gear position, adjust the gear position clockwise, and adjust the gear position counterclockwise.
