1. The secondary start is critical because the bag is clean, has no protective powder layer, and is easily exposed to dust, fine sand, or other substances. At the start of the boiler, the flue gas of the boiler precipitator contains a considerable amount of water vapor and other condensable gases, and the combustion of the fuel is not complete. At the beginning, the temperature of the filter material will be lower than the dew point temperature of the water vapor, so it has not yet stabilized. It is important to protect the filter material as much as possible during the operating temperature. The pre-spray will be covered with a ash layer on the surface of the filter material to prevent clogging due to moisture. The boiler must be taken offline during the pre-spraying process of the boiler precipitator.
2. Open the manual control valve of the air inlet of the boiler dust collector.
3. Start the pre-painting of the boiler dust collector, first open the air outlet poppet valve of each chamber.
4. During the pre-spraying process of the boiler precipitator, the cleaning timer and pulse valve of all the chambers should be completely turned off to prevent the filter bag from being cleaned.
5. When the inlet air control valve is closed, start the induced draft fan. When the fan works to a large speed, slowly open the air inlet control valve to 30% to 40%, but do not let the induced draft fan operate at a super power. Sufficient air volume (18,000 m3/h per chamber) to prevent the pre-spray material from falling into the hopper.
6. Place the pre-sprayer or blower in a suitable place near the air inlet of the dust collector, connect the upper duct of the vehicle to the pre-spray nozzle in the flue (if any) or open the hopper door.
7. Continue to inject pre-spray material into the boiler dust collector until the pressure drop in each chamber reaches or exceeds 125Pa to 250Pa. That is, the initial reading is over 125Pa to 250Pa. Observe the velocity of the airflow or fan to determine that the increase in the 125Pa to 250Pa water column is due to pre-spray on the filter material, not the increase in air volume.
8. At the end of the pre-painting of the boiler dust collector, stop the truck blast system, remove the pre-spray nozzle, replace the cap (cap) or cover the manhole door. Note; after pre-spraying, the bag should not be cleaned before the fuel burns.
9. After the boiler dust collector is pre-sprayed, it is necessary to start the boiler and dust removal system. The burning of the fuel should start within 48 hours after the pre-spraying, and the pre-spraying of the precipitator takes approximately one hour.
