In each temperature zone of the pasteurization and spray cooler, the container is sprayed with different temperatures of water, that is, the sterilization phase and the cooling phase. This part of the hot water is used to cool the hotter container that has been sterilized, so that the container can be gradually cooled. 2. Check whether the water level of each tank in the sterilization and warming machine meets the requirements. The water level is low and the maintenance worker is inspected and repaired, and the water is added in time to check whether the steam pressure is normal; rinse the scorpion in the water tank;

3. Start the production process and check whether the working condition of the pump is normal; check whether the sprinkler pipe and the sprinkler are unblocked;

4. Open the steam door and start heating up. When the temperature of each tank reaches the requirement, the bottle can be bottled;

5. Ensure the temperature of each tank to ensure the quality;

6. Ensure that the steam pressure is ≥0.5MPa and the water pressure is 0.04-0.2MPa. It is strictly prohibited to drive below the process requirements;

7. Check the net and tweezers every two hours and rinse them in time;

8. After the night shift is completed, close the steam gate and then turn off the pump. Finally, turn off the sterilizer and refuel the equipment.

9. Unblock the sprinkler pipe and nozzle in time after completion of the work;

10. Regularly release water. When draining water, you must use a sewage pipe to regularly burn and descale the system.
